Fairly clean hotel, caring staff & great location by the river. A couch and armchairs in the room and the very comfy bed. Good hot breakfast with unlimited amount of coffee for the start of the day. Location right by Becks brewery, and the main road/tram.

Location good, 10 mins tram or bus ride from main train station, stop directly across from hotel. Staff friendly and good English language skills. Rooms old but clean and large. Breakfast buffet Ok
No hot water for last day of stay, due to HWS failure. We considered it overpriced for the package provided.

There was an exceptionally comfortable bed that I truly enjoyed in the single room. I had a warm breakfast with unlimited amount of coffee and sizzling bacon.

Perfectly clean place & welcoming and knowledgeable staff who invited us to have a glass of champagne. Particularly good location with nice restaurant nearby. Plus, 10 minutes drive from a cubical shrine.

Near to the historical part of the city
The room wasn't comfortable enough for 3* hotel. The variety of food on the breakfast was poor. There were some problems with staff.
